The Lee Group is focused on utilizing organic chemistry to investigate and modulate biological systems.  RNA, one of a major biomolecule, has a great influence on diseases and biological functions. Furthermore, the significance of RNA research is emerging.

In Lee Group, we aimed to develop novel chemical entities that modulate disease-related RNAs by i) directly inhibiting the structured site of RNAs, ii) degrading RNAs, iii) targeting epitranscriptomic modifying proteins.
